Aidan turned 8 months old today.
He still nursing, just recently accept bottle, not a typical bottle, but ANY bottle.. YAY! At first I filled it up with juice, then I fill it with regular milk diluted, then I switched with FORMULA. Yes, starting today, he accept formula, just 4 ounces a day, the rest is breastmilk. He squels a lot, he will look at Nadia and tried to talk and laugh with her. He will laugh so much when he sees Nadia goofed up. He is so cuddly boy, he loves to be touched, kissed, hugged, and carried. He could stand up well long time before, but now he started to make steps for a whole month when you just hold his finger gently. He is so easy to laugh, makes it easy to take pictures of laughing baby. He doesn't like getting dress while I am pulling his hands and feet.
He loves taking bath with his sister. He loves parties, and lots of people. He talks and talks, and talks... like mmamamammaaa.... achkkkk.. accckkkkk....
He eats like monster, but if he doesn't like the food, he will start to cry on the 3rd bites. He doesn't spit it... He also eats table food, anything with very small pieces, although he doesn't have teeth yet, he chew on the food.
He doesn't suck his thumb, no pacifier, either, but he will chew on the cloth.
He sleeps from 7 pm until 7 am... then sometimes sleeping again once I nursed him until 10 am.
He is very squirmy so I have to get rid of his changing table.
For a week, as muscles are becoming so stronger, he's apt to lunge forward onto all fours from a sitting position. He does "precrawl" exercise, rocking back and forth on hands and knees with his trunk parallel to the floor. Unlike Nadia, he loves to sleep on his tummy, and he seems to start crawling. Nadia doesn't crawl too much.
He is a very good baby. People will stop me anywhere and said how good he is. The secret is, they thought Aidan was very very good baby (in restaurants, in the market, in the parties), but for us, Aidan is just a regular baby. We experienced 'angel' baby before (hint : Nadia).
Overall, we are so blessed with this little boy, he is a relish!
